Salt & Kombucha

If you told me if I’d be drinking water (with pink sea salt) and kombucha’s at the BMX sessions when I was younger, I’d say you’re crazy as I sipped on a Dr Pepper.

But we all start somewhere and reflection on the past and the growth that’s taken place is a great way to foster gratitude.

Rather than poison my brain, today I optimize my brain by living in what’s called a fat, or keto, adapted lifestyle, which lowers inflammation and free radical production, balances blood sugar to reduce headaches, fatigue, soreness, and cravings, and improves body composition &a cognitive function.

That said, real and clean salt is important for hydration, heart health, adrenal health, and so much more. Kombucha is a great source of probiotics and flavor.

Both are few of many ways to take care of your brain. 💚✌️
