FEAR: False Evidence Appearing Real

Let’s chat FEAR.

It’s inevitable. It presents itself in all areas of life and in a variety of forms.

What’s rad about fear it’s just an emotional response attached to a thought. That doesn’t mean we must de credit it or that the goal is to never have fear, because that’s impossible.

The goal of why I share this statement, which I believe so much it tattooed on my forearms, is for you to set an alarm system, figuratively speaking, to audit your thoughts on a day to day basis.

Weather it’s BMX, speaking, asking someone out on a date, applying for a job, attending a gym for the first time, starting a business, going after a dream, taking a risk to leave everything behind to start fresh, etc. fear will most certainly present itself.

What’s rad is this TEAR method @david_goodall shared with me that you can practice on a daily basis.

It will take time to adopt this habit but I find creating a morning routine around this to start my day helps me in such profound ways I can’t even try to write in words to explain it.

Just like any skill, it takes practice, commitment, and patience.

Give it and try and let me know how it goes or if you have questions.
