I Have Holes In My Brain

But not like what you think.

The holes are signs of deficient blood flow and activity as a result from past trauma (physical and mental) to my brain as well as toxic exposure from sugar, stress, and alcohol.

This weeks vlog, which comes out Friday at 330pm EST. on my YouTube channel (www.YouTube.com/JoshPerryBMX), is part 1 of my trip to see @doc_amen clinic for a SPECT scan after 5 years in the making along with @ryanplowery.

I have holes in my brain. But not like what you think. The holes are signs of deficient blood flow and activity as a result from past trauma (physical and mental) to my brain as well as toxic exposure from sugar, stress, and alcohol. This weeks vlog, which comes out Friday at 330pm EST. on my YouTube channel (link in my bio), is part 1 of my trip to see @doc_amen clinic for a SPECT scan after 5 years in the making along with @ryanplowery. The importance of this trip is beyond what any of you can fathom. After both @davemirra and my little brother, Danny, took their lives and Dave was diagnosed with CTE, my passion for 🧠 health and sharing the importance with all of you took over. I not only have stopped riding until we do a 6-month follow up SPECT scan of my 🧠 (see my post 2 posts prior), I have invested a ton of money into changing my 🧠 and will be documenting the journey. I’ll also be sharing how @justpruvit exogenous ketones and a ketogenic diet/lifestyle helps health the brain despite a ton of debate and skepticism of how much of a role nutrition/lifestyle have on our wellbeing. My passion for 🧠 health began with my our experiences of tumors, TBI’s, depression, stress and anxiety. Now, it’s fueled by Danny and Dave, and the dedication to helping all of you. Hitting your head is no joke. Neither is keeping in mental health struggles and not seeking help. I’ve pursued being an open book to shed light on the fact we all share the same experiences and are not alone. Also, how important what you consume from diet to media and thoughts are in terms of your health and quality of life. I’d love to know what you think so stay in touch and subscribe to keep up with the many videos documenting my findings.
