Left One Dream A For Another

I left behind all I knew up until the point of a few years ago on a quest to progress my life to new levels I desired and envisioned.

This meant radically changing my actions, thoughts, beliefs and who I hung around that were not serving my new mission.

I didn’t have a plan. I just had a goal and a vision. I learned how to properly design and implement an organized plan and its importance as time went on.

The books “Think & Grow Rich” and “The Power of I Am & The Law Of Attraction” have been game changers along my last 3 years and I encourage everyone to read them.

Eyes Forward

Thank you to anyone who was for or against me.

Either way, in support of me or against me, it ultimately led me to where I am today & all I’m doing with my life & for others & I couldn’t be happier.

I’ve fallen in love with the journey while setting new goals every day & keeping my sights always exploring what possibilities there are for my life & my desire I’ve been creating in my mind.

@brianundy & I chatted about this concept of “where your eyes & head go, the rest of your body will follow” concept we have in BMX in regards to learning how to 360 in the beginning.

We were racing exotic cars out here in Vegas yesterday & the driver coaching us in the passenger seat would have to remind us all to stop looking so close in front of ourselves & look forward to where we wanted to go.

Great example of our goals & not getting stuck looking right at where we are but looking forward to what’s next & our new goals.

I talk about this mindset BMX and my hard working family instilled in me at a young age to always pursue what’s next in my life helping me overcome any hardship whether it’s fear, injuries, “failures” or “disease”. That same mindset has allowed me to get to where I am today and build the belief YOU can accomplish whatever you can see in your mind with the belief and persistence to not give up.

Failure only happens when you give up. Giving up doesn’t always mean you stopped pursuing a goal, sometimes it means being self aware enough to change course for the bigger picture / goal for your life and find another route.

This is all to say we have so much support along the way whether we can see it or not. Even the people that didn’t directly support us may have inspired us one way or another.

To be around @brianundy @ryanplowery Terry @magicmaleah @h_kingsbury and the whole @justpruvit family has been amazing and I couldn’t be more grateful for all I’m learning and experiencing.

There’s no such thing as self made and if you’ve read Think & Grow Rich, you understand this.

Consistency is Success

Have you started towards a goal and found yourself going down multiple paths that don’t really get you any closer to your goal?

I have found as excited I got in the past to learn and try new things, every step away from the original strategy takes us out of alignment.

I’m not saying stay stagnant and in one box, I’m saying I’ve found most success in regards to accomplishing a goal when I stay the course and add the new ideas, concepts and plans to the list to try after some time.

For example, if we’re trying to remove body fat and start on a plan and switch to another plan even 4-6 weeks in, we don’t give it enough time to truly manifest and then get discouraged when we bounce around from plan to plan.

Even with BMX, we can’t try a new trick a handful of times and then move on to another one and expect either to get dialed in a short amount of time if we don’t stay consistent with the process. Once we get the new trick or plan dialed, and see results, we can then add to the plan or just stay the course longer and get it more dialed.

Far too often do we as a society want quick results and miss the long game approach. We’re playing chess here people, not checkers.

We don’t want a success to fizzle out, we want that success to be our new reality long term.

Off The Bike Thoughts

Will I last until October before I ride again?

Although I intended to wait until October, I’m thinking that isn’t quite what I want to do.

Luckily, I have a ton of trips coming up to occupy me and keep me off my bike further but August has me thinking, haha.

I had a great chat with @createdbybrian today about my decision either way and what’s really “walking my talk” in regards to fearing lack of commitment with what I set out to do.

I’m still fulfilling my purpose, I’m still being 100% authentic and transparent, and I’m doing what’s in my best interest.

Although I have zero desire to compete, I still love the feeling of what I’m able to do on my bike.

That ability is something I’m grateful for and brings up another reason why this topic of ability means a lot to me because some out there can’t use their limb(s), maybe lacks a limb in general, or didn’t wake up today.

Beyond living with brain tumors, I’m alive, healthy, strong, and fully able to ride my bike the way I desire.

Would you like to see me ride again?

Crest Your Building Without Tearing Down Others

Attempting to tear others down to build yourself up…not a good move.

It’s crazy to me how people (even adults older than me) are so insecure and afraid that they feel the need to try (key word, try) to tear others down for whatever reason it is they have deep rooted in themselves. And, to do it over social media to people that look up to them is beyond cowardly and equally hilarious. Funny how insecurity will reveal true colors of an individual. 🤦🏼‍♂️

Gary V always talks about “I don’t have to tear other building down to create my own” and I see the opposite in the scarcity minded so clearly now.

You can create your own building without tearing others down.

Be confident enough in your own being to construct your own life without spreading negativity.

If you’re that unhappy that you have to attempt to tear others down, audit your life and why YOU’RE unhappy and putting that onto others.

Have a great day, everyone!

Gratitude= Key To Abundance

Comment “yes” if you agree.

No matter what your belief is in which gave you life, how can you expect more if you’re not grateful for the life you have now and all that’s in it?

It’s not about being happy about the “bad” or having to be perfect. It’s not about ignoring that things happen that we don’t always want.

It’s about perspective and fostering a perspective of gratitude to be a living human being with an opportunity to manifest the life you envision for yourself.

It’s about being grateful to feel emotions of all kinds and to have the ability to breath.

No matter what you’re going through, 2 things:

1) someone has it worse.

2) shit could always be worse.

If you’re reading this right now, YOU won and have the ability to make your tomorrow better.

Shoot, you have the ability to make your immediate presence better NOW.

Rather than waiting for “this or that” to make you “happy”, choose to be happy now because YOU literally have all the control to do so. Nothing and no one else.

Once you take accountability for your life, accept your power and CHOOSE to own your life, you’ll see massive shifts occur.

It’s all a choice. Choice the life you want. Don’t let life happy to you.

Allow life to happen FOR you.

RIP Danny 1 Year Today

1 year ago my little brother took his life.

I still don’t understand it and it’s the most bizarre thing to comprehend in my life and drives me insane when I get deep in my thinking about the scenario and seeing him in his coffin.

I wasn’t there to protect him as I have always done my best to do since we were kids and even as adults.

My mom told us when we were younger I’d be super protective over him when he was born and would hassle strangers when they’d say how cute Danny was to my mom.

The fact that I wasn’t there, can’t change what happened, and didn’t do my job as an older brother haunts me every day and is something I’ll never let go of fully.

The fact he’s not here but I am confuses me given my own health circumstances but I’d also why I don’t ever slow down with my goals to make an impact on this earth.

The only thing that brings me some sort of relief is that I bring his ashes with me everywhere I go around the world on my wrist and that I share what he means to me any chance I get.

I talk about Danny, and @davemirra, on stage as they’re the driving fuel to all I do in sharing my story and passions today.

I can’t go back and save them but I can share with all of YOU and hope you implement the tools I share and share with those you love or don’t even know.

Your Personality = Your Personal Reality

“Your personality creates your personal reality” Dr Joe Dispenza

Think about that for a second.

Everything we do, think, feel, etc. create the reality we live in.

The first step is awareness followed by a new desire.

The challenge? Change and our subconscious mind (ego) trying to keep us “safe” when in reality it’s just a perceived stress of leaving behind our old identity.

I’ve been here and hard.

My desires outweighed the resistance to change and is why my life is designed the way it is.

From my financial freedom to my travels. From my health to my “free time” as others call it. Form my relationships to opportunities. It’s all a choice.

This choice starts in our minds and manifests with a belief.

The reason we don’t do the mental and physical work on a daily basis Is because we don’t believe in it.

Otherwise, tell me WHY YOU don’t have your goals written down, don’t read them allowed daily, don’t eat well, don’t exercise, don’t chase your dreams, and so on.

PLEASE, tell me. I’ll wait.

I was there before. Making excuses so I could play small in life and feed my addiction of emotional dependency in regards to my chemistry.

Remember, when we think any way it’s creating a hormonal, chemical, and physical change in our bodies. To change any of that is a perceived stress.

It’s not easy to change. Hence why so many in our country are overweight, stressed, unhappy, and broke.

I can attest to all of those listed right above as I was there and am not anymore. It takes a lot of work but hearing “it must be nice” from others is true.

It’s fucking nice and I worked my ass for it. I’m not “lucky”, you’re just not willing to do the damn work.

I left home when I was 17 to pursue an unconventional dream with not even a $1,000 in my bank. Lived out of a closet in my friends apartment, had major injuries, battled depression, was overweight, was diagnosed 3 times with a brain tumor, almost proposed to a crazy woman who lied to me about who she was and found out she willingly committed adultery with my married firmed 2 times, lost my mentor and brother to suicide, and the list goes on.

I’m now doing better than ever with a purpose to serve and support others in showing them the potential they have for their life when they just give it a damn effort and believe in what’s possible.

Why’s your excuse for why you’re NOT happy in all areas of your life and saying “it must be nice” to others while you sit on the bench playing SMALL in life?

Love you all!

2.5 Months Off The Bike

It’s weird how much I do and don’t miss this right now.

I’m on a whole other trajectory with my life and businesses that’s got me so fulfilled, excited, motivated and happy.

I have nothing but love and gratitude for BMX but it’s interesting to think about how dependent on it I was for my identity, emotional control, creative outlet and so on.

The hard choice to step away 100% has brought so many amazing people, experiences and opportunities to my life, literally has 5x’ed my income, and has allowed me to crest opportunity for my fitness and family to manifest the life they desire as well.

Testing Out Mom’s New Grill

Great weekend with my mom and @jciake testing out mom’s new grill.

My moms battled colon cancer in her past and who’s given me tons of strength and belief I could create the life I envisioned for myself and worked for.

She’s been drinking the @justpruvit exogenous ketones and feeling better and better. Drinking ketones are such a great way to introduce someone to the ketogenic lifestyle as they build awareness around their choices in all areas of life, especially what they consume.

As one benefits from drinking ketones, they can slowly incorporate pieces of the ketogenic diet to maximize their efforts and the benefits that come with the ketogenic diet and lifestyle. Final picture shows the feast we had consisting of chicken legs, a Brussel salad signature from Jackie, and some cauliflower rice washed down with some @justpruvit ketones.

I had “Life’s A Peach”, mom had “Lime Time”, and Jackie had water and stole some of mine.

Thanks for all you do and contribute to our table and health @justpruvit.
