I choose my health over anything. That’s why nutrition is my top priority in my day-to-day but is probably more equal to my mindset to be honest.
Currently on a plane and having this “F-Bomb” salted chocolate macadamia nut butter to-go pack as a snack. I travel a lot and I find ways to stay on track with the my health goals, specifically following a ketogenic diet and lifestyle.
I’m a a firm believer in life being a manifestation of our choices. Saying you want your life to be different requires new changes and choices.
Choices to make excuses of why not rather than pursuing the path you know will help your goals is going to keep you right there where you say you don’t want to be.
