Shout out to my client, Jason, who removed 60 pounds in 12 weeks while working with me.
I get so hyped on helping people navigate the path to make changes that support their health and wellness goals.
Jason wanted to make changes not just for his health but to ensure he’d be there for his wife and children, and to set a healthy example for all of them.
During Jason’s journey, his wife hopped on board to join him and removed 20 pounds herself.
What’s rad is that they have all adopted a new perspective on what we call food and their relationship with food.
I love sharing stories like this because I hear so many excuses of why people can’t change, how it’ll be “hard”, or fill in the blank.
If we want to change enough, we will.
Changes like what Jason made are not hard. Being sick or developing a disease is hard. Living with pain every day is hard. Not being there for your family is hard.
Cutting out junk food is not hard. Just requires support and proper awareness (insert coaches like myself). What changes do you feel you need to make?
