Gratitude = Abundance

At a loss for words for receiving so much love and gratitude from everyone here at @justpruvit KetoKademy in Orlando, Florida!

You guys are amazing and I’m beyond grateful for the response after sharing my life with all of you.

I can’t stress enough the importance of perspective and how gratitude leads to abundance in our lives.

Love you all!

We NEED Adversity

3 years ago I got dropped from my bike sponsor halfway through ACL recovery with no notice.

That was my main source of income that I risked my life to obtain and represent the brand. It was $600/month but it paid my rent, utilities, and phone bill.

Thankfully, my mom taught me how to save and budget from an early age so I was fine. Fueled by spite, anger and rejection, I worked my butt off and placed top 3 in my first contest back.

That is one of many adversities I’ve used for my advantage.

It fueled my drive for success and challenged me to think of ways to replace that $600/month.

It put me on a new path where that’s not even 1/10 of my income per month today. I find the reason I live with so much abundance and success today is that I’m 100% on PURPOSE to serve and support.

I realize all the “problems” and “bad things happening to me” back then was a result of my choices in life and not having accountability for my reality.

Also, because I was solely on self and not grateful for the “little” I had, which could be seen as “much” to others.

Point of this story is to share how necessary adversity is for us to grow and progress past our current reality. Not just financially, but spiritually, personally, creatively, etc.

What adversity have you experienced and used for your?

NO Hacks or Shortcuts

When someone starts their keto journey with me, we focus on simplicity: begin with whole foods, cut out the starches, sugars, alcohol, grains and processed food, add in high levels and variety of fats, and make sure to salt food and use electrolytes!

My favorite salt is @redmondrealsalt and my favorite electrolyte supplement thus far is @drinklmnt.

When people look for hacks, shortcuts and quick fixes, they run into problems because they overlook simple steps mentioned above.

My role is to guide my clients, and share with all of you, how to implement e ketogenic diet/lifestyle the most efficient, effective, and healthy way possible.

“No”

Hearing “no” has always motivated to prove others wrong and that served me well most my life.

I find, today, that I’m motivated by my purpose, my vision and gratitude for my life and all that’s in it.

This new path has led me to surrounding myself with those that believe in what I believe and support me 100%.

What have you been told can’t be obtained but you don’t care because you’re going to make it happen anyways?

K2

2 years ago I hopped on a plane, flew across the country and walked into a hotel room in Santa Monica, California to record one of the first episodes of the “Unstoppable” podcast with @kerwinrae and that’s when I met @mattiasholmbom.

2 years later, Mattias gave me a tour of Kerwin’s office and showed me the podcast studio.

This was after attending Kerwin’s “Nail It & Scale It” 3-day workshop on how to grow your business and fulfill your purpose even further with social media.

Crazy what can come from non-stop action, a belief, and staying in integrity with you purpose every step of the way.

The fact I got to meet these two guys and record a podcast was an honor in itself. To be invited to Kerwin’s event as a guest, bring 2 friends to tag along, and get a tour of the office was a whole other level.

It meant the world to me to hang out with both @mattiasholmbom and @kerwinrae and to be able to share that I’ve been putting their advice into action, observing their actions, and manifesting my goals.

I look forward to the next time (2 months away) I’m in Sydney with the K2 herd!

Keto Choices

Choices people, CHOICES.

Keto is NOT hard, unsustainable, or unhealthy.

You know what’s hard?

Suffering from a disease. Having your skull cut open to remove a tumor trying to kill you. Dealing with cancer. Loosing someone in your life. Feeling physical pain from things that could be avoided.

The list goes on.

That said, there’s a ton of context involved around those statements and it’s why I do all I do. From coaching to speaking, to investing my time, money, and energy into creating content that brings you all value.

All my efforts are context based and I believe we all have potential the become as healthy, happy, and successful as we believe we can become.

It’s all in our choices.

If anyone wants to prioritize the health of their brain and allow it to perform better and become more resilient to disease, utilizing the power of ketones as a tool and/or lifestyle can be a game changer.

There’s also a ton of support for body composition, energy, recovery, inflammation, oxidative stress, and so much more from ketones themselves along with the consciousness of all areas of life that keto has shown me.

Here’s an example of a dialed keto meal taken from Eastern: lamb, Brussels, and a zucchini boat stuffed with an artichoke spinach dip.

Some clean protein, non-starchy veggies, and plenty of fats.

Ups & Downs

Happiness is a choice.

Fostering a perspective of gratitude along with a mentality of “shit could always be worse” is my key to not letting the times of adversity keep me down.

I’m not happy every single moment of every single day, otherwise I wouldn’t be human.

I feel all the emotions just as all of you but my focus is on the vision for my life I created and I won’t let anything stop me from at least TRYING to obtain that vision.

That said, I put in the mental and physical work every single day as I audit my choices on a constant basis always thinking…

“how can I succeed in this effort?”

“what would it take?”

“what can I learn from this experience?”

what do I truly want?”

And really focus on the life I’ve been given and all the abundance within it.

In order to have light, we must have darkness just as if we say there’s an up then there has to be a down.

It’s the Hong and yang aspect of life and in order to have success, we must have tribulations, “failures”, and hardships.

It’s not easy, it’s SIMPLE.

With daily practice, just as any muscle becomes stronger, the mind builds strength and the actions we take on our visions manifest into our reality’s.

You Are A Champion

We are all champions in the simple fact that we have all overcome the most difficult challenges life has thrown at us until this very moment in time.

That isn’t to say no more obstacles will present themselves in our futures. But, the past has built us up and shown us what’s possible when we want something bad enough.

I’ve been tested on and off my bike my whole life, both mentally and physically, and I’m truly grateful for all of it.

It’s shown me how strong I am and led me to my purpose of serving and supporting all of you.

Take some time to reflect on all the hardships you’ve experienced and how you’re still alive and able to move forward.

Focus on the fact that YOU are a champion and the only thing holding you back from more abundance is your mind and the belief YOU choose.

F all the noise out there and go after what you desire because YOU are a champion and DESERVE to be as healthy, happy, and successful as you truly believe.

I’m living proof that anyone can be successful despite whatever life throws our way.

Love you all!

We NEED Adversity

I would complain about things in my life, let alone what was outside of my immediate and selfish perspective that I would then complain about.

I lived my life fueled by anger, spite, and on a mission to prove abusive people in my life wrong.

After many wake up calls (3 brain tumor diagnosis, my main bike sponsor dropping me out of the blue mid ACL recovery, multiple TBI’s, debt, etc.) I decided to stop making excuses for why I couldn’t do or have something I desired.

I then took accountability for my life and started making small shifts that led to massive changes.

I sacrificed what I had left after my sponsor giving me the boot and set myself on a path fueled by gratitude and love with a very clear reason as to WHY I was doing what I was doing.

That why was PURPOSE.

A purpose to help others reach their full potential with health, happiness, and success, without the suffering we choose upon ourselves.

The reality is, we all face some sort of shit in our lives.

Perspective is essential, tho!

It could always be worse.

Anyone reading this, especially from a smart phone, is winning.

The belief we choose about our life and limitations dictates our reality and we become a slave to external sources when we’re all incredibly capable of manifesting a life we belief we deserve.

What do YOU believe is the life YOU deserve and what are you willing to do for it?

Financial Stories

This trip meant the world to me to have documented.

https://www.instagram.com/p/Bwwnbdmho93/?igshid=4kisibv1ee62

In the past, I would make decisions by the short term gain vs loss.

I used to be crippled to the lack of money I had and my choices would be dictated by the fear of “not having enough”. That meant I missed out on seeing a lot of my family and friends a lot of the time because although I was laser focused on my BMX career, and successful, I wasn’t making much more money than my basic needs.

I’ve learned that was a simple perspective piece based on past subconscious programming that manifested this past relationship with money.

Today, I’ve thrown out the mentality of being limited by what’s in my bank account, not being to manifest more than “average”, and have swapped it out for the belief we live based on the limits we believe in for ourselves.

I’ve taken massive risks over the years, gone all in on what I believe in today, and made choices based on what’s best for my long game and my soul.

Taking the money I have after basic living needs is usually saved up to reinvest back in my business.

This time, I wanted to use that money for the people I love, now that my belief system is one of love, health, happiness, success, and abundance.

It’s always been a dream of mine to fly in with no notice to surprise my family and best friend (Brandon) and take Brandon and my dad to a Celtics game.

I was able to do that a few weeks ago and it was a byproduct of my belief and hard work for the life I envision.

Nothing more.
