Just START

Best piece of advice I’ve heard and share….just START!

You don’t have to be the best out of the gate.

You don’t have to run before you can walk.

You don’t have to backflip before you can clear the jump.

You don’t have to speak to large crowds before you can speak in front of the mirror.

You don’t have to write the whole book before you write a chapter.

And, you don’t have to crush heavy weight in the gym before you can make a habit of just going on regular walks during the week and doing some body weight exercises.

STOP overanalyzing your goals.

STOP thinking you need to learn more.

STOP thinking you need to go faster.

STOP thinking you can’t.

STOP thinking you need others to start.

STOP believing the bullshit story you and others have told yourself why you can’t when in fact, YOU CAN.

If I can, YOU can. Just start by believing you want it bad enough to do something about it and can in fact do it!

Then take action and don’t give up!

I get asked “what’s the secret to your success” often and there’s no secret. Starts with a desire, faith in that desire being obtainable, a plan, action and figuring out more along the way.

Read “Think & Grow Rich”, “The Power Of I Am and the Law Of Attraction” or “You Are A Badass” and it’ll make more sense.

Gratitude= Key To Abundance

Comment “yes” if you agree.

No matter what your belief is in which gave you life, how can you expect more if you’re not grateful for the life you have now and all that’s in it?

It’s not about being happy about the “bad” or having to be perfect. It’s not about ignoring that things happen that we don’t always want.

It’s about perspective and fostering a perspective of gratitude to be a living human being with an opportunity to manifest the life you envision for yourself.

It’s about being grateful to feel emotions of all kinds and to have the ability to breath.

No matter what you’re going through, 2 things:

1) someone has it worse.

2) shit could always be worse.

If you’re reading this right now, YOU won and have the ability to make your tomorrow better.

Shoot, you have the ability to make your immediate presence better NOW.

Rather than waiting for “this or that” to make you “happy”, choose to be happy now because YOU literally have all the control to do so. Nothing and no one else.

Once you take accountability for your life, accept your power and CHOOSE to own your life, you’ll see massive shifts occur.

It’s all a choice. Choice the life you want. Don’t let life happy to you.

Allow life to happen FOR you.

I Flew To Australia To Tell My Mentor I Took His Advice

2 years ago, as I walked out of a Santa Monica hotel wrapping up one of the first “Unstoppable” podcast episodes with Kerwin, he told me to somehow and in someway manifest a full-time videographer to document my life and share valuable content with all of you.

https://www.instagram.com/tv/Byh34SFhSbP/?igshid=y6wvt4dog4ek

This video was the moment I got to share with Kerwin that I made that happen and am going to continue investing into my purpose and business.

It’s an incredible feeling making money by doing what I love, even after BMX, and to be able to take care of my friends and family at the same time.

The only thing stopping us from reaching out full potential in life and any goal we may have is what’s inside our mind.

I am living proof that we can acquire the things we desire in life when that desire is strong, consistent, and we believe in that desire while working our asses off.

Persistence is How I Made It Here

Persistence to land a trick has taught me many invaluable lessons in life.

To accept this kind of pain just to land a trick on your bike changes you mentally and subconsciously in such profound ways.

I wasn’t aware of it in the beginning but in my last few years competing and progressing, I started to become conscious to what was going on.

Now I harness it all for my purpose to serve and support those around me and willing to hear what I have to say.

Thank You, Prüvit.

Pure bliss because of all of you at @justpruvit KetoKademy & MØRE this past week in Orlando, FL.

I can’t stop sharing my love and gratitude for all of you and the energy you shared with me.

Like I said on stage, I never felt such a thing in all my years competing in the biggest events we have in our sport of BMX.

I can not wait to attend all the upcoming @justpruvit events and to be connecting with all of you even more.

Thank you for the opportunity to share my life, my heart, and my brain with your tribe @justpruvit @brianundy and the whole HQ team. Still buzzing off all the energy and then ketones.

Identity

I feared “losing” my identity by choosing to retire from BMX competition for a new passion that consumed me.

I still made the decision to do so and battled for a while until about 6 months ago when I accepted my truth and that who I chose to be every day in that single moment was my identity.

Not my past!

Our past doesn’t define us, it molds us.

It teaches us and helps us get to where we are today.

It gives up experience and perspective.

Today, I’ve dedicated my life to serving others.

My identity is love, purpose, and serving.

What’s your mindset?

You guys are amazing and I’m beyond grateful for the response after sharing my life with all of you.

I can’t stress enough the importance of perspective and how gratitude leads to abundance in our lives.

Love you all!

We NEED Adversity

3 years ago I got dropped from my bike sponsor halfway through ACL recovery with no notice.

That was my main source of income that I risked my life to obtain and represent the brand. It was $600/month but it paid my rent, utilities, and phone bill.

Thankfully, my mom taught me how to save and budget from an early age so I was fine. Fueled by spite, anger and rejection, I worked my butt off and placed top 3 in my first contest back.

That is one of many adversities I’ve used for my advantage.

It fueled my drive for success and challenged me to think of ways to replace that $600/month.

It put me on a new path where that’s not even 1/10 of my income per month today. I find the reason I live with so much abundance and success today is that I’m 100% on PURPOSE to serve and support.

I realize all the “problems” and “bad things happening to me” back then was a result of my choices in life and not having accountability for my reality.

Also, because I was solely on self and not grateful for the “little” I had, which could be seen as “much” to others.

Point of this story is to share how necessary adversity is for us to grow and progress past our current reality. Not just financially, but spiritually, personally, creatively, etc.

What adversity have you experienced and used for your?

Thank You, BMX

I wouldn’t be where I am without my BMX bike.

The friends, the travels, the life lessons, the opportunities, the experiences, the ups and downs, and the challenge of getting to a top professional level of competition was an amazing journey.

All I do today is with the utmost respect for what BMX has done for me and what @DaveMirra did for the sport and my life directly.

Even tho I’ve removed myself from the competition side of riding and the BMX industry for the most part, BMX is still in my heart.

All I do today is with the backend thought BMX will be positively exposed to crowds that have never seen it properly, heard of it, or maybe didn’t take a second look at the sport for what it really is.

When I share my video and experiences on stage, people are always amazed by what we can all do on our bikes along with the mindset that fuels those actions we dismiss as it’s just what we do.

Today, BMX is a vehicle that carries my voice and story around the world and contributes to my journey moving forward to serve and support others as much as I can. It’s also a valuable educational tool I use to reflect on all its taught me over the years and how to apply those lessons in my life today with my business.

I’m incredibly grateful I found something at such a young age that consumed my being because had it not been for that focus, I wouldn’t be here today on a lot of different levels.

It’s why I believe everyone MUST have something they are passionate about and can progress with. It’s a great outlet for many purposes and keeps you pushing for something.

@joerogan referred to this as “creating your own struggle” on @aubreymarcus podcast. It’s so true. Rather than wait for some struggle to come at you despite what you want, create your own struggle to overcome like working out, sobriety, a clean diet, a project, that business you always wanted to start, and so on.

It’ll make you stronger, mentally and physically, and may bring more than you ever fathomed into your life. 📸 @jciake

We NEED Adversity

I would complain about things in my life, let alone what was outside of my immediate and selfish perspective that I would then complain about.

I lived my life fueled by anger, spite, and on a mission to prove abusive people in my life wrong.

After many wake up calls (3 brain tumor diagnosis, my main bike sponsor dropping me out of the blue mid ACL recovery, multiple TBI’s, debt, etc.) I decided to stop making excuses for why I couldn’t do or have something I desired.

I then took accountability for my life and started making small shifts that led to massive changes.

I sacrificed what I had left after my sponsor giving me the boot and set myself on a path fueled by gratitude and love with a very clear reason as to WHY I was doing what I was doing.

That why was PURPOSE.

A purpose to help others reach their full potential with health, happiness, and success, without the suffering we choose upon ourselves.

The reality is, we all face some sort of shit in our lives.

Perspective is essential, tho!

It could always be worse.

Anyone reading this, especially from a smart phone, is winning.

The belief we choose about our life and limitations dictates our reality and we become a slave to external sources when we’re all incredibly capable of manifesting a life we belief we deserve.

What do YOU believe is the life YOU deserve and what are you willing to do for it?
