Consistency is Success

Have you started towards a goal and found yourself going down multiple paths that don’t really get you any closer to your goal?

I have found as excited I got in the past to learn and try new things, every step away from the original strategy takes us out of alignment.

I’m not saying stay stagnant and in one box, I’m saying I’ve found most success in regards to accomplishing a goal when I stay the course and add the new ideas, concepts and plans to the list to try after some time.

For example, if we’re trying to remove body fat and start on a plan and switch to another plan even 4-6 weeks in, we don’t give it enough time to truly manifest and then get discouraged when we bounce around from plan to plan.

Even with BMX, we can’t try a new trick a handful of times and then move on to another one and expect either to get dialed in a short amount of time if we don’t stay consistent with the process. Once we get the new trick or plan dialed, and see results, we can then add to the plan or just stay the course longer and get it more dialed.

Far too often do we as a society want quick results and miss the long game approach. We’re playing chess here people, not checkers.

We don’t want a success to fizzle out, we want that success to be our new reality long term.

Words Are Powerful

Words are powerful. But our thoughts are even more powerful.

Suggestions come and go every day and it’s our thinking and belief structure that makes those suggestions reality. That is, if we choose to let them do so.

I made a transition in my thinking and belief structure after being told I’d die at the age of 21.

I could have easily given up and accepted the suggestion as my new reality but I couldn’t fathom that as it didn’t align with my life vision.

Our thinking and belief structure combined with action is what allows some to beat the odds and others to wish they could change their reality.

What’s rad is we all can change our reality as long as we believe we can and take the action that aligns with our words.

What’s Mine Is Mine

Following my recent post regarding attempting to “tear others down” to make yourself feel better.

How we treat others is a direct reflection of who we are on the inside in the moment.

I’ve witnessed this over and over again and have had to audit who I was and how I was treating others over the years due to my own negativity I was fostering within myself.

A great thing to focus on is “what’s mine is mine and what’s theirs is theirs” meaning, if you are causing no harm and someone’s sharing negativity back, that’s their bullshit. Not yours.

Being confident enough in our own actions and walking our truth is key to not letting others affect how we feel. Because, when we have an emotional state it leads us to taking action one way or another.

If we are in a negative emotional state, guess what, we’re probably not going to take the action we’re proud of.

You can see with that how others may treat us, or try to, treat us poorly and how it’s on them, not us.

We’re not responsible for how others want to lead their life or their emotional states. We’re only responsible for our emotions and actions.

Own your shit and step into your power.

Crest Your Building Without Tearing Down Others

Attempting to tear others down to build yourself up…not a good move.

It’s crazy to me how people (even adults older than me) are so insecure and afraid that they feel the need to try (key word, try) to tear others down for whatever reason it is they have deep rooted in themselves. And, to do it over social media to people that look up to them is beyond cowardly and equally hilarious. Funny how insecurity will reveal true colors of an individual. 🤦🏼‍♂️

Gary V always talks about “I don’t have to tear other building down to create my own” and I see the opposite in the scarcity minded so clearly now.

You can create your own building without tearing others down.

Be confident enough in your own being to construct your own life without spreading negativity.

If you’re that unhappy that you have to attempt to tear others down, audit your life and why YOU’RE unhappy and putting that onto others.

Have a great day, everyone!

Gratitude= Key To Abundance

Comment “yes” if you agree.

No matter what your belief is in which gave you life, how can you expect more if you’re not grateful for the life you have now and all that’s in it?

It’s not about being happy about the “bad” or having to be perfect. It’s not about ignoring that things happen that we don’t always want.

It’s about perspective and fostering a perspective of gratitude to be a living human being with an opportunity to manifest the life you envision for yourself.

It’s about being grateful to feel emotions of all kinds and to have the ability to breath.

No matter what you’re going through, 2 things:

1) someone has it worse.

2) shit could always be worse.

If you’re reading this right now, YOU won and have the ability to make your tomorrow better.

Shoot, you have the ability to make your immediate presence better NOW.

Rather than waiting for “this or that” to make you “happy”, choose to be happy now because YOU literally have all the control to do so. Nothing and no one else.

Once you take accountability for your life, accept your power and CHOOSE to own your life, you’ll see massive shifts occur.

It’s all a choice. Choice the life you want. Don’t let life happy to you.

Allow life to happen FOR you.

Success Comes From DOING

True or true?

It’s important to realize the importance of the following:

-desire

-planning

-goals

-meditation

-faith or a belief

-community

-visualization

-ACTION

We can’t manifest what we desire in life solely on the desire. Not even with meditation.

We MUST take action and be relentless with taking action and never settling or giving up.

Your Personality = Your Personal Reality

“Your personality creates your personal reality” Dr Joe Dispenza

Think about that for a second.

Everything we do, think, feel, etc. create the reality we live in.

The first step is awareness followed by a new desire.

The challenge? Change and our subconscious mind (ego) trying to keep us “safe” when in reality it’s just a perceived stress of leaving behind our old identity.

I’ve been here and hard.

My desires outweighed the resistance to change and is why my life is designed the way it is.

From my financial freedom to my travels. From my health to my “free time” as others call it. Form my relationships to opportunities. It’s all a choice.

This choice starts in our minds and manifests with a belief.

The reason we don’t do the mental and physical work on a daily basis Is because we don’t believe in it.

Otherwise, tell me WHY YOU don’t have your goals written down, don’t read them allowed daily, don’t eat well, don’t exercise, don’t chase your dreams, and so on.

PLEASE, tell me. I’ll wait.

I was there before. Making excuses so I could play small in life and feed my addiction of emotional dependency in regards to my chemistry.

Remember, when we think any way it’s creating a hormonal, chemical, and physical change in our bodies. To change any of that is a perceived stress.

It’s not easy to change. Hence why so many in our country are overweight, stressed, unhappy, and broke.

I can attest to all of those listed right above as I was there and am not anymore. It takes a lot of work but hearing “it must be nice” from others is true.

It’s fucking nice and I worked my ass for it. I’m not “lucky”, you’re just not willing to do the damn work.

I left home when I was 17 to pursue an unconventional dream with not even a $1,000 in my bank. Lived out of a closet in my friends apartment, had major injuries, battled depression, was overweight, was diagnosed 3 times with a brain tumor, almost proposed to a crazy woman who lied to me about who she was and found out she willingly committed adultery with my married firmed 2 times, lost my mentor and brother to suicide, and the list goes on.

I’m now doing better than ever with a purpose to serve and support others in showing them the potential they have for their life when they just give it a damn effort and believe in what’s possible.

Why’s your excuse for why you’re NOT happy in all areas of your life and saying “it must be nice” to others while you sit on the bench playing SMALL in life?

Love you all!

2.5 Months Off The Bike

It’s weird how much I do and don’t miss this right now.

I’m on a whole other trajectory with my life and businesses that’s got me so fulfilled, excited, motivated and happy.

I have nothing but love and gratitude for BMX but it’s interesting to think about how dependent on it I was for my identity, emotional control, creative outlet and so on.

The hard choice to step away 100% has brought so many amazing people, experiences and opportunities to my life, literally has 5x’ed my income, and has allowed me to crest opportunity for my fitness and family to manifest the life they desire as well.

Dr. Ryan Lowery

Over a year ago I sent a DM to @ryanplowery with little to no expectation to get a response.

Less than 24 hours later I received a video message response full of love and positivity.

Fast forward a year and now we’re homies traveling the world speaking together and collaborating to share the keto conversation.

Ryan, just as all of my friends, feel as if we’re family that didn’t know it.

I consider Ryan a brother of mine and am honored to be in each other’s life and excited for all the change we bring to the world along with all the adventure and fun we have along the way.

Also, stay tuned for more content regarding our SPECT imaging with @doc_amen and @justpruvit exogenous ketones, among with content from @theaspi and all the fitness testing were gonna run me through.

Coaching Jaka Remec

So proud of my Slovenia bro JAKA REMEC for taking 1st place at Fise Worlds and Pannonian Challenge back to back weekends recently!

We’ve been working together over a year now and to see the level of progression from Jaka on and off the bike is incredible.

He’s only 14 but rides and talks much older and is a pleasure to coach and hang out with.

His father is an example of how to support your children with their dreams just as my parents did for me.

For me to be able to mentor Jaka and share my experiences, perspectives, and knowledge with Jaka and his family is beyond a dream come true.

There’s no blueprint for BMX and the schools don’t yet credit or support BMX athletes. To be able to fill that void with my career experience and mindset/nutritional education means the world to me to be able to pass down to Jaka.

Can’t wait to see Jaka soon and train together again! Looking forward to what the futures holds for this talented athlete.
